Inv. #22886
Sterling And Twig Brooch By Francisco Frank Rebajes c1950s American
SOLD

Circa 1950s, Sterling, by Francisco Frank Rebajes, American. Known for his ground-breaking sculpture and jewelry, Frank Rebajes wowed the New York Art scene from his Atelier in Greenwich Village. This modernist brooch cleverly displays his use of a real twig paired with surreal sterling leaves and a berry. The look is Catwalk to sidewalk NYC fashion! One-of-a-kind, this rather large, decidedly fabulous, the brooch is in excellent condition.

Remarks from Lawrence Jeffrey: "Sculpture to go is style on steroids."
